Questions
Who can place a bulk order?
Anyone — salons, companies, event planners, resellers and individuals buying gifts. No account or licence is needed for the automatic 10–49 band.
What are the bands?
Bulk pricing starts at 10 units. 10–49 units is 32% off and applies automatically at checkout. 50–100 units is 35% — request it above and we send a code the same working day. For 101 units or more we quote individually.
Can I mix different products?
Yes. The band is based on the total number of units in the order, not the quantity of any one product.
Can I combine bulk pricing with a discount code?
No. Bulk pricing is already the best rate we offer, so it does not stack with other codes or promotions.
Can I customise packaging or add branding?
For orders of 101 units or more, yes — packaging, inserts and gift presentation. Mention it in your request.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
For 50 units or more, yes. Note it in your request and we will arrange it.
How is delivery handled?
Larger orders are consolidated into one shipment to a single address. Free shipping thresholds still apply.
How long does a bulk order take?
Stocked items ship on our normal schedule. Orders above 100 units may need a short lead time, which we confirm when quoting.
Can I return a bulk order?
Standard returns and the one-year warranty apply to every unit. Faulty items are replaced free of charge.
Can I resell Nasmati products?
Yes. If you plan to resell regularly, our trade programme is usually a better fit than repeat bulk orders.
Terms & conditions
- Bulk discounts are calculated on the list prices shown on the Nasmati website. Rates vary by quantity — complete the request form above for a quote on specific products.
- Bulk pricing is not combinable with other discount codes, promotions or gift-with-purchase offers.
- Kits and gift bundles are excluded from bulk pricing, as they already include free products.
- Resale is permitted, but requires written approval. Tell us in your request and we will set up trade terms.
- Nasmati reserves the right to interpret, amend or withdraw the bulk order programme and its terms at its discretion.
- The one-year manufacturer warranty applies to every unit in a bulk order. See our refund policy for shipping on warranty claims.
